Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Warehouse Team, fostering an inclusive, diverse, and safe workplace.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including material handling equipment, inventory accuracy, order picking, and shipping.
• Improve processes and efficiency by identifying operational opportunities and helping develop and implement effective warehouse procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance by implementing processes that protect personnel, equipment, and property and adhering to OSHA health and safety requirements.
• Support operational needs by working overtime and weekends as required.
