Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a seasoned warehousing leader to plan, coordinate, staff, and optimize our contract logistics operations in the US. You will rely on your hands-on leadership, deep WMS and MHE knowledge, and Lean Six Sigma experience to drive safe, efficient workflows and continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, safety, KPIs, and customer-facing BRMs/QBRs, with a focus on cost savings and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent
• 3-5+ years warehousing experience in 3PL or Logistics
• 3-5 years leadership experience in a distribution environment
• 1+ years leading Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of production and quality systems
• Proficient in Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint

Responsabilidades

• Ensure new hires are thoroughly trained and ongoing training is provided
• Oversee associates, manage schedules, and ensure attendance is recorded
• Maintain awareness and compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment)
• Provide reporting and participate in weekly and monthly business reviews
• Analyze process improvements and rollout next steps
• Establish clear communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Make recommendations to improve operations using continuous improvement techniques
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and track savings
• Participate in or lead BRMs and QBRs; present KPIs to stakeholders
• Meet with customer contacts to achieve mutually defined goals
• Complete advanced tasks requiring judgment and independent analysis
