The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 5 years of financial management experience, including nonprofit or regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in accounting or financial management.
• Experience with multiple entities, restricted funding, grants, contracts, or similar funding sources.
• Experience supporting annual audits and financial statement preparation.
• Nonprofit/regulatory reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting processes for MMDC and subsidiaries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and financial planning.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with audits, grant compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and timely, accurate reporting.
