Memphis Medical District Collaborative (MMDC) seeks a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations, budgets, and reporting for MMDC and related entities. The role ensures accurate records, strong controls, and timely reporting to leadership and funders.

Required is a bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least 5 years in financial management. Preference for nonprofit or grant-funded experience; hybrid work model offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible accounting/financial management experience.
• Experience with multiple entities, restricted funding, grants, contracts, or complex funding sources preferred.
• Experience supporting annual audits and financial statement preparation required.
• Form 990 preparation or nonprofit regulatory reporting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, deposits, journal entries).
• Maintain accurate financial records for MMDC and related entities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to leadership and funders.
• Oversee reconciliations and internal controls; ensure compliance with policies and grants.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
