A strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial oversight is essential. The position entails managing the accounting system, cost variance analyses, and driving cost-reduction initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge with supervision of a cost accountant.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial matters and own budgeting and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to drive plant performance and profitability.
• Oversee accounting system, cost variances, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead budget planning and forecasting for Indirect/Independence costs.
• Lead annual standard cost updates per corporate guidelines.
• Ensure inventories are stated per US GAAP and corporate directives.
• Evaluate investment projects for accuracy and ROI.
