Htprof's Bartlesville, OK manufacturing plant seeks a Finance Manager/Plant Controller to own budgeting, forecasting and financial performance in close partnership with the Plant Manager.

You will supervise one cost accountant, oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation under US GAAP, analyze BOM accuracy, and evaluate investment projects to meet corporate guidelines in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting understanding and supervision of a cost accountant.
• Experience in financial budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Owns budgeting and ongoing financial forecasts in partnership with the Plant Manager.
• Manages accounting systems and cost-related reporting; supports cost control measures.
• Leads standard cost updates and inventory valuation per US GAAP.
• Reviews BOM accuracy and ensures BOM matches product.
• Evaluates investment projects for returns aligned with guidelines.
• Drives cost-reduction initiatives and improves financial visibility.
• Supports high-tech manufacturing context with corporate guidelines.
