Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in an operating plant, manufacturing, recycling, commodities, or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, and management reporting.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial review routines, and variance analysis for an operating business or facility.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation capabilities.
PowerPoint proficiency with the ability to prepare clear, professional presentations and concise business narratives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a finance business partner for Reworld Metals Management, supporting plant leadership, operations, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders with financial analysis, reporting, and business insight.
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models that provide visibility into key business drivers and operating performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and preparing clear financial summaries for review.
Track performance against budget, forecast, and operational targets, and help identify cost drivers, margin impacts, forecast changes, and follow-up actions.
Support the recurring financial operating cadence, including forecast updates, KPI reviews, management reporting, operating reviews, and follow-up tracking.
Partner with engineering, operations, and facility leadership to analyze capital planning needs, project economics, productivity initiatives, and operational improvement opportunities.
