Job summary

Reworld Metals Management seeks a Finance Manager to partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams. You will translate operating activity into insightful financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive cost control, working capital, and performance improvements.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, Excel modeling, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders. Hybrid work at Florham Park with travel to Morrisville, PA as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in a plant or industrial setting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Experience presenting results and partnering with business stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel; ability to automate and model data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner for Metals Management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and models to visualize key drivers and performance.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis with cross-functional inputs.
• Support month-end close and prepare journal entries with the SSC.
• Analyze KPIs, cost control, working capital, and capital planning needs.
• Prepare management narratives and recommendations for leadership review.
