Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Metals Management, driving financial planning, reporting, and performance insights. You will collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to translate activity into finance-ready analyses and recommendations.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and effective communication. Based in Florham Park, NJ with some travel; hybrid onsite flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience in manufacturing/recycling/industrial settings.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; proficient in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance business partner for Metals Management, supporting plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models for key drivers.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and provide clear financial summaries.
• Monitor performance vs budget/forecast; identify cost drivers and action steps.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls.
