Job summary

Morgan Auto Group is seeking a Finance Manager for a high-volume dealership operation in the Northern Kentucky region. The role focuses on attaining service contract sales, financing products, and optimizing documentation and compliance.

The ideal candidate has proven finance leadership, a strong track record with PVR targets, and experience with Docupad and Reynolds & Reynolds to streamline lending and paperwork processes.

Qualifications

• Previous Finance Manager experience.
• 1800+ PVR documented.
• 200% Product penetration performance expected.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and gross production of financial services’ goals and objectives.
• Makes extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers/Utilizes the menu selling process.
• Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Works closely with sales team.
• Follows all processes.
• Ensures all organizational activities/operations are compliant with laws and guidelines.
• Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.
• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
• Reinforces company policies/adheres to reporting requirements.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
