Zusammenfassung

Runpod is seeking a Finance Manager, Infrastructure & Capacity to own the financial view of the GPU fleet. You will build from scratch capacity analytics, forecast cash needs, and model various ownership and leasing options while partnering with Infrastructure, Sales, and Data Center Operations in a remote-first environment.

You will drive capacity decisions, quantify costs of delays, and influence pricing and investments across datacenters. Strong Excel/forecasting skills and SQL are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in finance or FP&A with forecasting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets modeling (capex, cash flow, NPV/IRR).
• Comfort working with large operational datasets and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a live view of capacity across GPU types and datacenters, serving as the source of truth.
• Drive fill on upcoming tranches with Sales and Infrastructure.
• Monitor utilization and drive pricing/placement changes.
• Evaluate alternate GPU ownership models (revenue share, leasing, direct purchase).
• Forecast cash requirements and own the capex plan for capacity.
• Model revenue impact of bring-up timing and track schedule slippage.
• Evaluate non-GPU infrastructure investments (storage, CPU).
• Build unit economics of the fleet and set pricing floors/return hurdles.
• Support commercial negotiations with hosts and datacenter partners.
• Run scenario and risk analyses on the supply book.
• Own capacity reporting layer and variance analyses.
