Job summary

Runpod is seeking a Finance Manager, Sales & GTM to build analytics behind Runpod's revenue engine. This is a hands-on, builder role owning pipeline analytics, revenue projections, pricing guidance, and commission modeling. You will report to the Director of Finance and work with Sales and Marketing in a remote-first setting.

The role emphasizes ownership, precision, and cross-functional collaboration to forecast revenue and optimize the go-to-market spend as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling, CRM systems, and BI tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipeline analytics and revenue projection models for forecast accuracy.
• Partner with sales to provide pricing guidance and deal modeling for complex deals.
• Administer sales commission plan with accurate calculations and payouts.
• Analyze ROI on marketing spend, CAC, payback periods, and unit economics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align targets and reporting standards.
• Identify improvements to GTM reporting as the company scales.
