Job summary

Runpod is the AI Developer Cloud seeking a Finance Manager, Sales & GTM to own analytics behind our revenue engine. You will model pipeline, forecast revenue, and support pricing guidance for Sales and Marketing in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will build processes from scratch, manage the sales commission plan, measure ROI on marketing, and partner across GTM to align targets and definitions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance, FP&A or related analytics role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline analytics and revenue projection models for real-time forecasted bookings and quota attainment.
• Partner with the sales team to provide pricing guidance and deal modeling support on complex deals.
• Administer the sales commission plan with accurate, timely payouts.
• Analyze ROI on marketing spend, CAC, payback period, and other unit economics to inform budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align targets, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales and GTM reporting infrastructure and processes.
