Job summary

Runpod is seeking a Finance Manager, Sales & GTM to own analytics for revenue engine, pipeline forecasting, pricing guidance, and deals modeling. This hands-on role partners with Sales, Marketing and Finance to build processes from scratch in a remote-first environment and directly influence revenue decisions.

You will lead pipeline analytics, revenue projections, and the sales commission program while analyzing marketing ROI to optimize spend.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance/FP&A or related analytics role.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline analytics and revenue projection models.
• Provide pricing guidance and deal modeling with sales.
• Administer sales commission plan and payouts.
• Analyze marketing ROI and unit economics for budget.
• Align targets, metrics, and reporting standards with Sales/Marketing.
• Improve GTM reporting infrastructure as the company scales.
