Job summary

Runpod is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across product, platform, and supply teams in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will connect Engineering, Data Center Management, and host partners to balance GPU capacity, cost, and reliability while navigating ambiguity with clarity.

The role emphasizes strong technical judgment, stakeholder alignment, and delivery discipline, with an impact across infrastructure planning and vendor management at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure-focused organizations with capacity planning or data center operations.
• 4+ years in technical program management leading complex technology programs.
• Proven track record partnering with 3+ cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external infrastructure or hardware vendors globally.
• Strong technical background in engineering and scalable SaaS/IaaS products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for capacity, cost, and delivery data.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and how engineering teams ship products.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proactive risk management.
• Ability to execute programs independently in dynamic environments.
• Collaborative team player with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Management and Host/Supply teams to manage capacity and inform the product roadmap.
• Own relationships with host and infrastructure partners and escalate issues quickly.
• Translate capacity data into tradeoffs for where to add supply and how it affects cost and reliability.
• Build and drive project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact across teams with early risk spotting and clear status updates.
• Provide technical judgment on infrastructure tools and vendor products.
• Run post-program reviews to capture learnings for the next cycle.
