Job summary

Amazon Leo’s Global Customer Operations Finance (GCOPS) team seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead FP&A for customer service, supporting both B2B and B2C segments. You will own end-to-end financial models, anchor long-range plans, and partner with leadership to optimize contact center costs and concessions.

You will drive forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive narratives, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights as Amazon scales post-launch and subscriber growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen/national or eligible status before employment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve customer service financial models for enterprise and consumer segments.
• Lead annual and long-range planning for a multi-billion-dollar CS cost structure.
• Deliver month-end close processes for CS partner invoicing and accruals.
• Develop and maintain the concessions model and track cost exposure.
• Provide financial analysis for outsourcing strategy decisions.
• Support Defect Elimination by quantifying CLV impact.
• Build scorecards and present insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cost-of-payments and bad-debt teams for cost visibility.
• Drive productivity and automation in FP&A processes with AI/ML.
