Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Customer Service organization. This role supports the mission of enabling fast, affordable broadband via our LEO satellite program and scales with subscriber growth.

You will own and evolve CS financial models, drive multi-year planning, and present insights to senior leadership. The position demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building financial and operational reports for decision making.
• Experience with multi-year planning and variance analysis.
• Understanding of subscription-based business models and CLV.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve customer service financial models including cost-per-contact economics.
• Drive annual and long-range financial planning for a multi-billion-dollar CS cost structure.
• Lead month-end close for CS partner invoicing and accruals with accuracy targets.
• Develop concessions model and track cost exposure as a % of revenue.
• Provide financial analysis for outsourcing decisions and vendor pricing.
• Quantify CLV impact and support defect elimination investments.
• Build scorecards and present insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with payments and bad debt teams for cost visibility.
• Drive productivity and automation in FP&A using AI/ML tools.
