Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for Customer Service Finance to lead global financial storytelling and partner with VPs, Directors, Engineers, and PMs on ROI-driven decisions. You will translate complex customer and operational metrics into a clear global financial narrative and guide leadership with evidence-based ROI insights.

You will consolidate multiple workstreams into a cohesive global financial story, deliver comprehensive monthly reviews, and collaborate with WW FP&A and CS Finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Support planning intelligence or Network Strategy & Planning Performance decisions by building financial mechanisms
• Build and maintain robust financial performance tracking with Directors and engineering partners
• Deliver monthly worldwide financial reviews with actionable insights for senior leadership
• Collaborate with WW FP&A to ensure storylines flow from Network Solutions to wider teams
• Coordinate with Global CS Finance on aligning operational metrics with financial outcomes
• Translate engineering commitments into actionable operational plans and cost improvements
• Develop customer value cost processes in partnership with other finance teams
