Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA (preferred)
• COSO knowledge for internal control framework
• GAAP knowledge including FASB codification
• Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients
• Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end to end strategy and owning implementation activities
• Partner with worldwide business, tech, product/ program teams on delivering high-quality programs and provide feedback on priorities
• Influence business processes to scale financial recordkeeping health while meeting objectives
• Communicate and influence adoption of new/updated programs to leaders and cross functional teams
• Collaborate with accounting, technology, and finance owners globally to build scalable financial automation with controllership
• Partner with technical and controllership teams to design and deliver key reports and controls
• Anticipate obstacles, drive action, and ensure the team is set up for success across functions
• Implement and manage launch policies and exception mechanisms for automation with multiple tech teams
