Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

• Develop and drive new programs with cross-functional stakeholders; define strategy and manage implementation.
• Partner with worldwide business, tech, product/program teams on delivering high-quality programs.
• Influence business processes to scale financial recordkeeping and meet objectives.
• Communicate and influence adoption of programs to leaders and teams.
• Collaborate to build scalable financial automation with strong controllership.
• Design and deliver key reports and controls with technical teams.
• Forecast and prioritize initiatives to ensure readiness and success.
