Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, incl. monthly close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and cash flow management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with accounting software.
• Ability to communicate financial issues clearly to non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate financial reports.
• Oversee reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and records completeness.
• Review rental revenue, landlord payments, deposits, and property costs.
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax professionals.
• Build rolling cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital needs.
• Develop property-level and regional profitability reporting and analyses.
