Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Finance Manager to own reporting, controls, and financial operations as we scale. You’ll drive numbers reaching the board and lenders, build day-to-day infrastructure, and use AI-enabled processes for faster, accurate finance operations.

Reporting to the VP Finance, you’ll collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and cross-functional partners. This role is hybrid with a River North office presence and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience owning or supporting external audits and year-end statements.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close end-to-end and accurate records.
• Lead external lender reporting and covenant calculations.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash forecasting.
• Oversee year-end audit and financial statement prep.
• Build scalable, well-documented reporting for growth.
