The Training and Support Manager at The Nature Conservancy will design and coordinate Finance training programs to build staff capacity across the organization. You will develop communications on Finance processes and provide technical accounting expertise while supporting various finance systems and resources.

Ideal candidates have a finance/Accounting background, multiple project leadership experience, and familiarity with curriculum design and digital learning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; required.
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with accounting principles, practices and regulations.
• Experience leading and implementing multiple projects.
• Experience with current technology in the relevant field.
• Experience working with teams across the organization.
• Experience, coursework, or training in training, curriculum design, distance learning, and web-based design.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate training programs and learning solutions to build staff capacity in Finance.
• Produce written and verbal communications on Finance business processes.
• Respond to requests for technical accounting and analysis expertise.
• Coordinate design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive training curriculums.
• Analyze information to improve workflow and solve problems.
• Manage documentation and support related to Finance systems and resources.
