Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Training and Support Manager within the Finance Resource Center to develop and coordinate training programs for Finance processes, build staff knowledge, and deliver effective curriculum and communications. The role requires strong project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to improve workflows across the Finance BU.

You will design curricula, facilitate training, and provide service-oriented support while partnering with teams to implement

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience in finance/training.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulations.
• Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with current technologies used in training and finance.
• Ability to work across the organization and with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with curriculum design, distance learning, and web-based training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training programs and learning solutions for Finance processes.
• Produce written and verbal communications on Finance business processes and respond to requests for accounting expertise.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training curriculums delivered via multiple methods.
• Assess training gaps and align programs to strategic Finance priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement training solutions and improve workflows.
