Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Training and Support Manager to join the Finance Resource Center. The role focuses on developing training programs and learning solutions to build staff capacity in Finance business processes.

You will craft communications, respond to technical accounting questions, and support Workday implementations across the Finance BU. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in training design, project management, and collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with accounting principles, practices and GAAP.
• Experience leading and implementing multiple projects.
• Experience with current technology and training tools.
• Ability to work with teams across the organization.
• Training design, curriculum development and delivery experience.
• Knowledge of Workday finance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training programs and learning solutions for Finance staff.
• Create written and verbal communications on Finance business processes.
• Respond to requests for technical accounting and analysis expertise.
• Collaborate with the Finance BU to provide tools, resources and support.
• Identify training gaps and design comprehensive curriculums.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build partnerships to deliver practical solutions.
