The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager who will serve as the senior finance leader for designated business units, guiding strategic financial priorities, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will translate financial strategy into actionable plans and collaborate with conservation, philanthropy, operations, and leadership to support organizational goals.

Location flexibility and remote/hybrid work arrangements are possible, with travel up to 15% and cross-unit collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 4 years' related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience acting as a consultant/advisor to senior executives.
• Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial leadership to assigned business unit(s) and serve as trusted advisor to leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Ensure stewardship of resources and compliance with policies and donor requirements.
