Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Training and Support Manager within the Finance Resource Center to design and coordinate training programs that enhance staff expertise in Finance processes. This role focuses on building tools, knowledge, and communications to support finance staff.

The ideal candidate will manage curriculum design, deliver learning solutions, and collaborate across teams to improve financial workflows in line with TNC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with accounting principles, practices and regulations.
• Experience leading and implementing multiple projects.
• Experience with current technology in relevant field.
• Experience working with teams across the organization.
• Training, curriculum design, distance learning, and web-based design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training programs and learning solutions for Finance processes.
• Identify training gaps and develop comprehensive curriculums.
• Communicate Finance processes and provide technical accounting support.
• Coordinate with Finance BU to support staff with tools, resources, and training.
• Manage documentation and complex processes; lead cross-functional teams to improve systems and tools.
