Job summary

The Training and Support Manager at The Nature Conservancy leads the Finance Resource Center’s efforts to develop training programs and learning solutions for Finance staff. You will craft communications on Finance processes, respond to technical accounting requests, and drive curriculum design and cross‑functional training to improve efficiency and adoption of Workday finance workflows.

You will coordinate diverse projects, analyze information to improve workflows, and partner with the Finance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and 5 years' related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience with accounting principles, practices and regulations.
Experience leading and implementing multiple projects.
Experience with current technology in relevant field.
Experience working with teams across the organization.
Experience, coursework, or other training in current and evolving trends in training, curriculum design, distance learning, and web-based design.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate training programs and learning solutions for Finance processes.
Create written and verbal communications on Finance processes.
Respond to requests for technical accounting and analysis expertise.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training curriculums.
Collaborate with the Finance BU to provide tools, resources, training and support.
Analyze information to improve workflow, solve problems and enhance effectiveness.
