Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Finance Manager with a strong background in strategic financial leadership to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for designated business units. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field with 4+ years' experience or equivalent.
Experience with budgeting, high-level financial analysis and partnering with leadership.
Experience acting as a consultant/advisor to senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
Partner with staff across Conservation, Philanthropy, Operations and Leadership.
