Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is launching a Corporate Management Training Program in the United States. This full-time role runs for approximately six months of rotation across hotel departments with an eighteen-week Finance concentration.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in accounting and hotel operations, preparing for leadership roles such as Assistant Controller or Controller, while developing professionally and personally within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with GPA requirement (3.0 or higher)
• At least 9 months of related industry work experience
• Demonstrated leadership and campus involvement
• Two strong references from previous roles
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month rotation through various hotel departments
• Spend 18 weeks focusing on Finance within the program
