Job summary

Hyatt is seeking candidates for its Corporate Management Training Program designed to immerse participants in all facets of hotel operations while focusing on Accounting and Finance. The program runs approximately six months with a six-week rotation through various departments and an 18-week concentration in Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
• Nine months of relative industry work experience
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities
• Positive references from two previous work experiences
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six-month rotational program across hotel departments
• Concentrate in Accounting/Finance with a path toward Assistant Controller/Controller roles
• Rotations will include other hotel operations to build broad exposure
