Job summary

Hyatt is recruiting for a Corporate Management Trainee with a focus on sales and hotel operations in the United States. You will participate in a 6-week rotation through multiple hotel departments and an 18-week concentration in Sales to build a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.

The program includes Guest Relations training, Events and Sales modules, and essential computer skills training, paving the way toward leadership roles within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
• Geographic flexibility.

Responsibilities

• 6-week rotation through various departments of the hotel.
• 18-week concentration in Sales.
• Rotational training across Engineering, Finance, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Sales.
• Guest Relations, Events and Sales training; complete function book and computer skills training.
