Job summary

Skydance is seeking candidates for the Finance Leadership Development Program, a two-year, full-time program starting summer 2027. Analysts rotate through three eight-month assignments in our finance organization, building real financial and leadership skills with a dedicated mentor guiding you and a capstone project to present to leadership.

You will receive comprehensive AI training, develop cross-functional partnerships, and gain practical experience in reporting, forecasting, and business

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related quantitative degrees.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate KPIs and metrics into analyses used by leadership to drive decisions.
• Own the monthly and quarterly close processes and prepare actionable reports.
