Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree before start.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and comfort with change.
• Interest in finance transformation, data-driven decisions, and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across Finance & Accounting functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, etc).
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Build financial models, reports, and analyses using Excel and data tools.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
