Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree prior to start date.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to embrace change.
• Interest in shaping the future of Finance through business transformation, data‑driven decision making, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across Finance & Accounting functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain, Investor Relations, and others.
• Identify and support opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign Finance processes for efficiency and better reporting.
• Build financial models, reports, and analyses using Excel and data visualization tools.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Develop and deliver presentations translating complex concepts into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.
• Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflows with sound business judgment.
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning in a high‑performing team.
