Job summary

Skydance presents the Finance Leadership Development Program to accelerate ambitious Analysts into future finance leaders. Starting summer 2027, join as a full-time employee for two years, rotating through three eight-month assignments across our Finance organization, learning the business and pitching your capstone project directly to company leadership with a dedicated mentor.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States for the full length of the program (July 2027–July 2029).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.).
• Experience in finance or accounting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Self-directed with motivation for accelerated development.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data.
• Team player with strong interdependency.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling & forecasting to shape budgeting, forecasting, and expense optimization.
• Capstone innovation project and pitching to leadership.
• On-the-Job Training & Leadership Development with a dedicated mentor.
• Own high-impact work from day one and receive leadership coaching.
• Receive comprehensive AI training and leadership sessions.
• Build a cross-functional network to support long-term career growth.
• Support the monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business leaders to inform planning.
