Job summary

Skydance in New York City is offering a Finance Leadership Development Program starting July 2027. This two-year, full-time, on-site program rotates through three eight-month assignments within the finance organization, with coaching from a mentor and a capstone project presented to senior leadership.

You’ll gain real-world budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience while receiving AI and leadership training to accelerate your career trajectory.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related quantitative degree.
• Experience in finance or accounting is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate KPIs into analyses to guide leadership decisions.
• Identify real business problems, develop solutions, and present to leadership.
• Own month-end close pieces and build actionable reports.
