Polaris Inc. invites high-potential graduates to join its Finance Leadership Development Program Associate role in a dynamic, rotational program.

You will engage in three annual rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and other finance functions, building leadership and business acumen within a global powersports leader. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field with graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 3.0.
• Willing to commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 2027 or June 2027.
• U.S. person and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel/relocate between sites for rotations and career development.

Responsibilities

• Three-year program with rotations in Finance including FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Digital/IT or Financial Services.
• Gain exposure to Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise areas through rotations.
• Transition into a full-time Finance-related role upon program completion based on business needs.
