Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking candidates for its Finance Leadership Development Program Associate. The program spans three years with three one-year rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and other finance areas.

Locations include Plymouth, MN; Medina, MN; Huntsville, AL; Elkhart, IN; and Wyoming, MN, with a January or June 2027 start date. Minnesota pay range is $68,000–$72,500 per year, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in Jan 2027 or June 2027 start dates.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between rotation sites.
• U.S. person and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year Finance Leadership Development Program with three 1-year rotations (FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, etc.).
• Rotate through Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise finance functions to build broad business knowledge.
• Present rotation learnings to senior leaders and transition to a full-time finance role based on business needs.
