nVent offers a Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) designed to grow future leaders in finance and accounting through a three-year rotation across U.S. locations.

Associates begin with onboarding in June 2027 and experience multiple rotations including FP&A, Controlling, and External Reporting while receiving formal training, mentorship, and leadership exposure. The program emphasizes development, community, and career opportunities within a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Graduating Dec 2026–Jun 2027; available to begin full-time in June 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Geographic flexibility during and after the program.
• Previous internship or work experience; strong verbal and written communications; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Join a cohort of early career professionals across various functions.
• Kickstart journey with onboarding and training in June 2027; first rotation.
• Train and develop leadership and technical competencies through rotations, mentorship, and program activities.
• Engage with ERGs, networking events, and career opportunities within a global organization.
