Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large data sets via spreadsheets.
• Good communication and consensus-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Relocation to other U.S. locations is required; eager to develop leadership competencies at other U.S. sites.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate to Huhtamaki, products, and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic projects.
• Identify areas to improve and streamline processes.
• Analyze trends across revenue, cost of sales, working capital and capex.
• Monitor performance indicators and causes of variance.
• Prepare reports including monthly NA financial analysis.
• Create variance analyses and financial models.
• Support leadership with in-depth analysis and presentations.
• Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
