Broan-NuTone’s Finance Leadership Development Program – Experienced Hire invites finance professionals to accelerate their careers through three cross-functional rotations. You’ll deepen FP&A, manufacturing finance, and cross‑functional collaboration while building leadership and strategic insight.

Mentorship, individualized development planning, and broad enterprise exposure support rapid progression. This role emphasizes meaningful work from day one within a high-impact finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, FP&A, Operations Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial models and perform profitability, variance, and KPI analysis.
• Translate financial information into actionable business insights.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, and leaders to support decisions.
• Gain experience with financial reporting, close activities, reconciliations, controls.
