Broan-NuTone invites finance professionals to join its Finance Leadership Development Program. This experienced-hire role offers three cross-functional rotations designed to broaden financial expertise, deepen business acumen, and build leadership capabilities.

You'll engage with FP&A, manufacturing finance, and controllership trajectories while delivering real business impact. The program emphasizes mentorship, development planning, and exposure to senior leaders, aiming to accelerate readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.
• Build financial models and KPI analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, and leaders to support decisions.
• Contribute to financial reporting, close activities, reconciliations, and controls.

It is designed for professionals with meaningful Finance or Accounting experience who want to build breadth across multiple disciplines while contributing to real business priorities.Your Rotational ExperienceYour first rotational assignment will be either Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Manufacturing & Operations Finance.Over the course of the program, additional rotations may include:Commercial FinanceManufacturing & Supply Chain FinanceFinancial Planning & AnalysisControllership & AccountingCash Management / Shared Services FinanceYour rotational journey will be purposeful rather than predetermined.
