Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites you to join its Finance Leadership Development Program, a three-year rotation across the Finance organization designed to accelerate your career and leadership capabilities.

You will rotate through FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Corporate FP&A, with mentoring from senior leaders. Upon completion, you transition into a full-time Finance role, with relocation assistance and a strong emphasis on professional growth, networking, and real-world impact in a dynamic, hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week starting on Jan 11th, 2027 or Jun 14th, 2027
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future
• Must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for rotations and be mobile beyond the program
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint
• Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences to grow leadership
• Strong interest in long-term career development

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year rotation across Finance functions (FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Corporate FP&A)
• Develop business knowledge and leadership skills with mentor support
• Transition into a full-time Finance position after program completion
