Job summary

Pentair offers a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program designed to fast-track ambitious students into real-world finance leadership roles. You will work on a strategic business project, with mentorship, executive sessions, and a team-centric learning environment to build professional skills this summer.

Selected interns will present findings to leadership at the program’s end and may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting at an accredited university.
• Junior undergraduate with preferred graduation date Spring 2028.
• Willing to relocate and work in locations across the United States during the program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world, strategic business project during the internship.
• Present project objectives, processes, and outcomes to leadership at the program’s end.
• Collaborate with mentors and professionals across Pentair to develop skills and network.
