Pentair invites you to join its Leadership Development Internship Program for a 12-week summer experience. Youll work on a real-world strategic project, receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and intern-focused programming to accelerate your growth and prepare for the next step in your career.

Youll join a cohort of students, participate in executive speaker sessions, a team case competition, and ourIntern Summit, while presenting your results to Pentair leadership at the program’s end.

Qualifications

• Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Be enrolled as a junior (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028).
• Be willing to work during the summer at one of the internship locations in the US.
• Have an interest in Pentair’s Engineering Leadership Development Program (three-year rotational program).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world, strategic business project during the internship.
• Receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and intern-focused programming.
• Present project objectives, processes, and impact to leadership at the program’s end.
