Job summary

Pentair plc is offering a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program designed to accelerate your growth in finance leadership. You will work on a real-world project, receive mentorship, and participate in executive speaker sessions, networking, and a team case competition.

You will present your project results to Pentair leaders at the end and gain exposure to potential full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university.
• Junior undergraduate with an expected graduation Spring 2028.
• Willing to relocate and work across locations in the United States during the program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world, strategic business project and contribute to its objectives and impact.
• Engage in mentorship, networking opportunities, and cohort activities including speaker sessions and a team case competition.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to Pentair leadership at internship end.
• Participate in a range of development experiences and connect with leaders across the organization.
