Job summary

Pentair plc invites ambitious students to join its Leadership Development Internship Program for a 12-week summer experience. You will contribute to real-world projects, receive mentorship, and participate in executive speaker sessions and cohort development.

Growth, networking, and a final presentation to leadership are core parts of the program. Starting sessions run in late May to early August 2027 with an option for another session in June to mid-August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited university.
• Be enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028).
• Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States while in Pentair's Leadership Development Program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-world, strategic business projects during the 12-week internship.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the program's end.
• Engage in mentorship, networking opportunities, and cohort development activities.
• Collaborate with professionals across Pentair to gain exposure to potential full-time opportunities.
