Pentair invites motivated finance students to join our Leadership Development Internship Program for a 12-week summer experience. You'll work on real-world projects, receive mentorship, and participate in cohort development, executive speaker sessions, and a team case competition.

You'll present results to leadership at the end and have opportunities for networking, professional growth, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028)
• Interested in Pentair's full-time Finance Leadership Development Program after graduation
• Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Be assigned to real-world, strategic business projects during the internship.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the internship end.
• Participate in mentorship, networking events, and cohort development experiences.
