Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a listed engineering or business field.
• Junior undergraduate with expected graduation Spring 2028.
• Strong interest in Pentair’s leadership development path.
• Willing to relocate and work in multiple U.S. locations during the program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world, strategic business project during the internship.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the end of the program.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers in a cohort to develop professional skills and expand your network.
